MSU Football Completes Two-A-Days, Ready For Scrimmage

BALTIMORE, Md. -- The Morgan State University football team will hold its final two-a-day practice session of the preseason camp on Wednesday, Aug 22. The Bears will conduct an intrasquad scrimmage on Thursday, Aug. 23 at 6 p.m. at MSU’s Hughes Stadium. Admission is free.

The Bears are expected to use Thursday’s scrimmage to focus on certain situations as well as work on special teams. The Bears will also use Thursday to go through their pre-game routine, which includes how they enter the field and their pre-game warm ups and drills.

MSU, predicted to finish 6th in the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) preseason poll, will open its season on Aug. 28 when they host the Tigers of Savannah State University. Kickoff is 7 p.m.
