Livingstone Blue Bears Announce 2014 Signing Class

SALISBURY, North Carolina  -- Livingstone College's head football coach Daryl Williams announced his first signing class on Thursday, including two mid-year transfers and eight who signed National Letters Of Intent to compete as a Blue Bear.

"We signed a very good recruiting class with football players who are highly competitive, love the game of football, can run, and know what the standard is required from them, in order for the team to win," said Williams.

Mid Year Transfers:

-Troy Williams (LB, 6'3/220) is a transfer from Compton Community College.  A Compton, California native, he made 2nd Team All Conference as a Linebacker at Compton Community College during the Fall 2013 season.

-Elbert Zeke Coley (WR, 5'11/200)  is a transfer from the North Georgia Sports Academy from Fitzgerald, Georgia.

National Letter of Intent Signee's

-Ivan Chatmanm (DB, 5' 10/185) is a transfer from Compton Community College from Compton, California.

-Lafayette Taylor  (DL, 6'3/245)  is a transfer from Compton Community College from Compton, California.

-Frank Ah Kiong  (DL, 6'2/290) is a transfer from Mount San Antonio College from Salt Lake City, Utah.

-Josh Kaiwi  (DL, 6'6 275)  transfer from Mount San Antonio College from Anchorage, Alaska.

-Faleupolu Maloata   (DL, 6'3/265) is a transfer from Mount San Antonio College from Corona, California.

-John Roberson  (WR, 6'1/190) is a transfer from University Of Idaho from Los Angeles, California.

-Marcus Baisy  (RB, 5'9/175)… High School:Eastern Hills High School… Hometown: Fort Worth, Texas
