BALTIMORE, MD -- The experts said it wouldn't take Todd Bozeman long to figure out the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference. How does two seasons sound? Bozeman's Morgan State men's basketball team maintained its lead in the MEAC on Monday, beating three-time defending regular-season champion Delaware State 64-59 in a wild game at Hill Field House.
The Bears (13-8 overall, 8-1 MEAC) kept their unbeaten record at Hill (7-0) intact. "It was a grind-out win," Bozeman said. "It was a conference win; that's what's most important."
