Dothan High Catcher Denise Anderson Commits to FAMU

DOTHAN, Alabama - The Dothan High Softball Team will have one of the top batteries in the state this coming season. Along with Auburn commit Kasey Cooper, catcher Denise Anderson will also continue her career at the Division One level.

Anderson has committed to play for Florida A&M, and she can't wait to get to Tallahassee and her her new team compete for MEAC titles.



"They're close to home and I really like the environment," Anderson said. "The coaches are really nice, and I really liked it a lot.

"It's the perfect place for me."
