FORT WORTH, Texas  -  TCU allowed three runs late in the game as Arkansas-Pine Bluff rallied for a 6-4 win Tuesday night at Lupton Stadium. Jantzen Witte drove in three of the Horned Frogs' four runs.

Cody Jones drew a one-out walk to bring the tying run to the plate. With two outs, Witte came through with a triple to deep right field, pulling the Frogs within one, 3-2.

TCU completed the comeback in the fifth inning as it took advantage of three free passes and an error to take a 4-3 lead. Things unraveled for the Frogs in the seventh inning as the Golden Lions took advantage of a pair of hit batters, a passed ball and a wild pitch to score two two-out runs for a 5-4 lead.

With runners on the corners and nobody out, the Frogs went to the bullpen. Justin Scharf (0-2) got Dylan Calhoun to pop up a bunt for the first out then caught the runner at first leaning for the second out.

TCU couldn't close the inning as Kirby Campbell was hit by the pitch to keep the inning alive. A passed ball allowed the tying run to score and Isias Alcantar doubled to put the Golden Lions on top. They tacked on an unearned run in the eighth inning to push its lead to two.The Golden Lions opened up a three-run lead in the second inning on six hits and an error.
