FORT WORTH, Texas -- Alexander Juday pitched a complete game and received balanced offensive support to propel Jackson State to a 6-2 victory over Prairie View for its 15th Southwestern Athletic Conference Championship Sunday in Fort Worth, Texas.Bryce Taylor got JSU on the board in the third inning with a double to score Gary Thomas. Taylor came around to score on a single by Ethan Bright to put the Tigers up 2-0.
Jose Cruz added a 2-run single down the left field line to score Bright and Taylor in the fifth inning.
Stephen Curtis scored Aneko Knowles on an RBI double with two outs in the sixth inning.
