CHARLOTTE, North Carolina -- Johnson C. Smith University second-year head football coach Kermit Blount has announced the signing of 10 student-athletes to National Letters of Intent as part of National Signing Day."We are extremely pleased that these young men have decided to become part of our program," said Blount. "I think we have a solid group to start and we are looking forward to adding more to this group in the near future. We added some size and speed to our roster and to help add some much needed depth."
Of the signees, four are offensive linemen and Blount said that those additions will help with boost the JCSU offense and to improve the protection and to the running game.
