Fobbs undecided on discipline for WR Williams

GRAMBLING, Louisiana -- Grambling star wide receiver Chad Williams earned preseason first-team Southwestern Athletic Conference honors on Friday, but the bigger news of the day surrounds his status for the Tigers’ 2016 season opener.
