JACKSONVILLE, Florida -- For the first time since 2011 and the second time in school history, the Bulldogs have captured the GCAC Regular Season and Tournament Championship. The Bulldogs defeated host school Edward Waters College 91-85 to take home the gold. All-Tournament selection and Tournament MVP Tonzell Handy led the Bulldogs with 34 points and 12 rebounds. Stanley Williams followed with 17 points and All-Tournament selection D’Michael Stribling added 12 points.

The #4 ranked Bulldogs will receive an automatic berth in the NAIA National Tournament in Kansas City, Missouri on March 20-26.
