Arkansas-Pine Bluff defensive back Andre Fuller's nine passes defended (95-yard INT, 8 PBUs) against Grambling State on Saturday tied the FCS single-game record. Montana's Anthony Goodwin had nine (2 INTs, 7 PBUs) in a 2013 game vs. Portland State.
