Coach Glen Chapman began his first season on Greg Ruffin’s coaching staff at Edward Waters College after joining the Tigers in January of 2018 as the Offensive Line Coach.

Coach Chapman finished his 17th year of coaching. He spent one year on the college level as a Student Assistant at Bethune-Cookman University, and 16 years as an Assistant and Coordinator on the high school level throughout the Duval County and St. John’s County region.

Chapman was a four-year starter and four-year letterman at Bethune-Cookman University (FCS/Div 1-AA) 1995-1998. He participated in the 1998 Heritage Bowl, while earning pre-season and post-season All-MEAC Conference honors and Daytona Beach Quarterback Club Player of the Month honors.

A Jacksonville native, Chapman was a three-year lettermen on varsity, a 2 year starter at Jean Ribault Senior High School (3A/4A). There he earned All-Conference, All-District and All-State honors respectively.  Coach Chapman earned his Bachelor's of Science degree in Physical Education/Recreation in the Class of 2002 from Bethune-Cookman University.
