PASADENA, California -- Pasadena native, Robert Jones, is a Co-Head Drum Major of the Alabama State University (ASU) Marching Hornets band, which is one of two Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) bands selected to march in the 2019 Tournament of Roses Parade. The Marching Hornets have been featured in several television show, where they displayed their “Bama State Style.” The band was also featured in the movie “Billy Lynn’s Long Halftime Walk.”
