Spelman College and Meharry Medical College mourn the passing of pioneering anesthesiologist, Pamela Marie Jeffrey Cunningham, M.D.

Dr. Cunningham is an alumna of both HBCUs and established the first African-American anesthesiology group in Dallas, Texas, where she served the community for 23 years.  Dr. Cunningham passed on May 18, 2021 in West Palm Beach, Florida.   OBITUARY
