TSU President Glenda Glover traveled to Memphis, where she met with Tupac Mosley. She has offered him a full academic scholarship. Dr. Glover says Mosley is an incredible story of accomplishment. Despite being homeless, he graduated valedictorian. #ExcellenceIsOurHabit pic.twitter.com/i8UngEkBBs
