Livingstone Blue Bears De'Andre Moore II (Football) Moves to Virginia State Trojans as Grad Transfer

Moore is a Tampa Robinson High School grad who took care of business both in the classroom and gridiron. Now he is getting the opportunity to finish his collegiate career with a winning CIAA program and earn his master's degree.  Wise decision!!
