University of Hartford Board of Regents votes to move from Division I to Division III in athletics

The study indicated the school would save $9.2 million per year by going from Division I to Division III. Caught in the transition is 3X All-MEAC selection DeJuan Clayton, formerly of Coppin State University, who was plucked from the transfer portal on 4/20/21 by the Hawks.
