Defensive Player of the Year - Isaiah Land, Florida A&M
- Land leads the country in sacks and tackles for loss. The last player to do this was Southern's Jordan Lewis; he won the Buck Buchanan Award as the top defensive player in the FCS. Land might be next to win the award.
