My due diligence indicates the arm patch on these deputies are from the Liberty County Sheriff Office in Hinesville, Georgia, not Georgia State Patrol. The Sheriff is William Bowman, an African American retired Army and Ga. State Patrol vet. Can someone confirm their identity? https://t.co/iaidpIprPC
