Vince Coleman is cousin to fellow Rattler HOF'er Greg Coleman and was inducted into the FAMU HOF for baseball and football in 1994. The former St. Louis Cardinals star was inducted into the Missouri Sports Hall of Fame in 2017. Did you know Vince was the kicker/punter on FAMU's 1978 1-AA (FCS) National Championship Team and kicked the winning field goal to defeat FBS Miami 16-13 in 1979. FAMUly!Vince Coleman’s 752 career stolen bases rank 5th all-time among modern era players – and his 13 MLB seasons are the fewest of any player in that Top 5.
