NCAA Weighs Changes to Stop ‘Chaos’ Amid Eligibility Lawsuits

Two big things to consider if NCAA adopts a 5-year eligibility rule:

1) Any athlete excluded by rule can sue via antitrust law (since rule is not bargained with a union)

2) Colleges that help athletes sue aren't doing the NCAA any favors.
