Grambling making progress
The Grambling State University football team continued its preparation for the 2007 campaign on Monday morning with a two-hour workout at the Robinson Stadium Support Facility practice fields.
Under the direction of first-year head coach Rod Broadway, the Tigers opened their second day of practice with an emphasis on special teams and conditioning along with a variety of individual and team drills. After putting the players through a plethora of drills during Monday's workout, Broadway said he was pleased with the shape the majority of his players arrived in after day two of workouts.
