Howard has four seniors on the roster who will be playing their last season in a Lady Bison uniform, so head coach Cathy Parson addressed that need.
"This is the strongest class we have yet," said Parson, entering his sixth season. "I expect them to make a big impact and I am excited about what they will be able to contribute."
The Lady Bison plays a brutal non-conference schedule that has them playing only one home game in 2007. Howard opens the season on November 9 in the Travelers Tipoff Tournament at Baylor University in Waco, Texas. The Lady Bison will play three games and then proceed to participate in two more tournaments before hosting William and Mary at Burr Gymnasium on December 9 at 7 pm.
Howard begins MEAC play against rival Hampton University on January 5 in Burr.
