DURHAM, North Carolina -- N.C. Central backup point guard Drimir Ferguson and rarely used forward DavRon Williams are planning to transfer, each looking to land at a basketball program that will allow them more opportunities to demonstrate what they can do on the floor.
“Both Drimir and DavRon have decided to transfer from the men’s basketball program at NCCU in pursuit of more playing time,” Eagles coach LeVelle Moton said. “I cannot thank them enough for their determination, hard work and contributions to help this team to one of its best seasons in the last two decades.
“Both young men were a pleasure to coach, and I wish them the best in their future endeavors.”
