Simmons: Rattlers working harder than ever for successful 2018

TALLAHASSEE, Florida -- Coming off a string scrimmage this past weekend, the FAMU football team returned to the field this past week.

One thing you'll notice if you talk to any player about the upcoming season is the big smile that comes over their faces.

According to new head coach Willie Simmons, those smiles are warranted, because they've been working harder than ever.

"I think it excites me to know that they're willing to put in the work and that's something we talk about everyday," Simmons said. "Put the work in and the results will show for themselves.
