Green, who is the son of former Washington Redskins cornerback star Darrell Green, played one season for the Jaguars after transferring from the University of Virginia, where he received his undergraduate degree in cultural anthropology.
The Ashburn, Va. native finished 2011 with 17 receptions for 307 yards and two TDs. Green's 141-yard performance at Arkansas-Pine Bluff was a season high during the Jaguars 4-7 campaign.
In addition to the other 11 rookie free agents, Green, along with the team's seven draft picks will take part in a rookie mini-camp May 11-13.
