A Saturday afternoon with a breeze: Ohio State coasts past Florida A&M, 76-0

COLUMBUS, Ohio -- Jordan Hall bounced to his right and extended his forearm to thwart off any potential tacklers. He had one body in his way: the referee.

The poor official took Hall's elbow to his side before being buried by a Florida A&M defender in pursuit. He also proved to be the only obstacle standing in Ohio State's path on Saturday.

The Buckeyes battered the Rattlers, 76-0 at The Horseshoe, behind a school-record six touchdown passes from quarterback Kenny Guiton.

Ohio State paid Florida A&M $900,000 to make the trek to Columbus. The Buckeyes got their money's worth.

Guiton tossed all six of his scores in the first half. Playing in place of Braxton Miller for the second consecutive week, Guiton became the first quarterback in program history to throw for four or more touchdowns in each of his first two starts.

Urban Meyer's bunch tallied five first-quarter touchdowns. An errant Guiton pass on Ohio State's opening drive resulted in an interception in the end zone, but Florida A&M's Patrick Aiken attempted a return and fumbled the ball back to the Buckeyes on the three-yard line. Hall punched it in on the ensuing snap.
