WASHINGTON, D.C. -- February 4 is National Signing Day across the country and the Howard University football team has made its mark on the early signing date, receiving 12 National Letters of Intent (NLIs) from highly-touted student-athletes committed to continuing their academic and athletic careers with the Bison."We are very intrigued about these incoming recruits," Howard head coach Gary Harrell said. "Our philosophy is to build a team that is consistently striving to be the best as students and athletes. This distinguished group of young men were able to display the characteristics that will transition to success academically and athletically at Howard University.
