Coastal Carolina has never lost to South Carolina State and handled business rather convincingly last September with a 30-3 win at Brooks Stadium.The Chanticleers jumped out to a 16-point lead in the first quarter, including a 29-yard fumble return for touchdown by defensive end Roderick Holder, and never looked back.
The Chants held the Bulldogs to 370 offensive yards, and offensively running back De’Angelo Henderson had a career-best 171 rushing yards and two touchdowns in 20 carries.
