HUNTSVILLE, Alabama -- Howard earned its second consecutive Southwestern Athletic Conference Soccer Championship Sunday afternoon at the John Hunt Soccer Complex, defeating Alabama State 2-1. This season, the Bison receive an Automatic Qualifier into the NCAA Tournament.
Anna Mitchell chipped the ball over the top 45 seconds in to the match for the first score of the game.
