Radford earned nine of the 11 first place votes to take the top spot with 116 points, followed by High Point with the other two first place votes and 102 points. UNC Asheville was third with 100 points and Hampton was selected fourth with 89 points.
Willis joins the first team after averaging 9.1 points, 3.7 assists and had a team high 50 steals. She had a season-high 20 points against Florida A&M and dished out a season high seven assists in the same game. Against nationally-ranked Oregon she had a season-best six steals.
Emma Bockrath of High Point was the Preseason Player of the Year and joined on the team by Destinee Walker (Radford), Jessica Wall (UNC Asheville) and Kacie Hall (Presbyterian).
