DURHAM, North Carolina — A week after former N.C. Central head football coach Henry Frazier III was fired, he’s appealing to get his job back, accusing the university of violating his civil rights. Thursday, Frazier’s new lawyer Linda Kenney Baden of New York City, hand-delivered a letter to NCCU Chancellor Deborah Saunders-White to appeal the firing. Baden represented Casey Anthony in the trial involving the death of her child, Caylee Anthony. She also delivered the closing arguments in the case against record producer Phil Spector, who was accused of killing a woman he was romantically involved with in 2003.
