
TSU finished eighth last year and was seven strokes out of third place as the final round was rained out. James Stepp and then senior Cameron Scitern tied for third finishing two strokes back. Stepp tied for the lowest score in a round last year as he shot a 4-under, 68 on day two.
The championships will consist of 54-holes over three days beginning on Friday, Apr. 25. Stepp will be the first Tiger on the course at 8:50am. Stepp will be followed by Matt Campbell at 9:00am, Andrew Warner at 9:10am, Codie Welborn at 9:20am and Blake Burgett at 9:30am. TSU will be playing with Moreheadt State and SIU Edwardsville for the first round.
TSU will face off against Belmont, Eastern Illinois, Eastern Kentucky, Jacksonville State, Morehead State, Murray State, SIUE, Tennessee Tech, UT Martin and defending champions, Austin Peay.
