Alabama A&M Volleyball Improves to 9-0 With 3-1 Victory Over Jackson State

HUNTSVILLE, Alabama -- The Alabama A&M University Volleyball Team pushed its winning streak to nine in a row with a 3-1 victory over Jackson State today in the AAMU Student Health & Wellness Center.

STATS OF THE MATCH:
•      The Lady Bulldogs totaled 70 digs in four sets, led by 20 from Mine Centinoz.
•      Terra Brooks once again paced the offense, finishing the match with a game-high 17 kills.
•      Jaelin Gant secured a double-double with 15 kills and 15 digs.
•      Megan Evans led AAMU with 47 assists.

•      This is the first nine-game winning streak for Alabama A&M since winning 12 straight in 2009.

UP NEXT:
The Lady Bulldogs will travel to Tallahassee, FL on October 13 for the Florida A&M University Volleyball Tournament. AAMU will return home on October 19-21 to host the SWAC East Round-up.
