FAMU preseason football magazine available

TALLAHASSEE, Florida  --  FAMU alum Irvin Mills didn’t mind waiting for this year’s edition of a preseason football magazine that’s exclusively about FAMU football. He figured he’d waited six decades before Eddie Jackson published the first edition three years ago, so what’s a few months.

Mills purchased 29 copies as soon as the 96-page magazine became available Thursday.

“For 60 years I’ve been waiting for this kind of magazine to find out about FAMU football; what they’re doing, how they are doing it and things of that sort,” Mills said.
