MONTGOMERY, Alabama -- Nine outstanding high school seniors, from three different states, have signed national letters of intent to Alabama State, Hornet head football coach Brian Jenkins announced today.
Five of the student-athletes attended high school in the state of Alabama and two each from Georgia and Florida.
Jenkins also announced the addition of eight mid-year enrollees on Wednesday, including three from Florida, two from Alabama, and one each from Georgia, Illinois and Ohio. Six of the mid-year players are transfers.

Wallace Corker Wide Receiver 6-4 180 Stockbridge, Ga. Woodland HS
A three-star prospect from Woodland High School in Stockbridge, Ga… Class 5A Second Team selection at wide receiver…Scored two touchdowns as a junior…Caught a 41-yard touchdown during senior season against Ola…Finished his final year with 433 yards on 30 receptions, with five touchdowns.

Played at Dillard High School…Ran for a 60-yard touchdown in a victory over Douglas in a non-district showdown on Sept. 16…A 2016 All-Broward County 8A-6A Second Team selection…Named honorable mention to the 2015 All-Broward County 8A-6A team.
