HUNTSVILLE, Alabama -- Close is no consolation. Just because the final margin is shrinking, it is no less troubling for Alabama A&M women's basketball coach Semeka Randall.
The Lady Bulldogs dropped a 68-60 decision to Prairie View A&M Monday night, their sixth consecutive defeat. The last three have been by three, five and now eight points.
"It's becoming old and repetitive," Randall said. "You catch yourself saying the same things to your team.
"I can only stand on the sideline and beg and plead for them to play hard. It has to come from the five out there on the floor," she said.
