Baltimore, MD - Corin Adams scored a game-high 20 points, including 4-for-6 from behind the arc and had a game-high seven steals, while Theresa Davis added a career-high 14 points to lead Morgan State to a 73-54 victory over visiting Hampton on Monday night in a Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference game at Hill Field House.
With the win, the Lady Bears improved to 18-9 overall, 10-4 in the MEAC, to record its most regular season wins since the 1980-81 season, and tied the school record for wins on the Division I level with 18, which they set last season. The victory also extended Morgan State’s winning streak to seven games, which is the longest since the 1981-82 squad won 10 straight.
