N.C. Central released its second football schedule since the school moved to the NCAA Football Championship Subdivision, formerly known as Division I-AA. The Eagles' 2008 schedule includes five home games with familiar opponents such as former CIAA rival Fayetteville State and Winston-Salem State.
N.C. Central will also hit the road for six games, including road trips to Connecticut and California.

North Carolina Central has a few bone crushers on this schedule like Cal Poly and James Madison. Like their basketball team, you have to take games as you can get them as a Division I Independent program.
